At PacwestK9, deposits are required to secure your reservation, training slot, boarding stay, PupFit schedule, evaluation, or other scheduled service.
Because our programs are scheduled in advance and space is limited, all deposits are non-refundable once submitted.
Your deposit confirms that you are reserving a specific appointment, service date, training program, or spot on our schedule. When a deposit is paid, PacwestK9 holds that time or space for your dog and may turn away other clients for that same availability.

PacwestK9 offers structured dog training programs, evaluations, PupFit daycare, board & train, and boarding services. Since many of these services require reserved time, planning, staffing, and limited space, deposits help protect scheduled availability

You cancel your appointment, reservation, or program
You choose not to move forward with the service

You change your mind after booking
You fail to complete required intake forms or booking steps
Your dog is not brought in for the scheduled service
You request a refund after PacwestK9 has reserved your spot
nON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
The deposit is not simply a payment toward a service. It is a commitment that secures your place on our schedule.
PacwestK9 works by appointment and planned availability. Training, boarding, PupFit, evaluations, and other scheduled services require preparation, trainer time, kennel or facility space, and schedule management.
When you place a deposit, PacwestK9 reserves time and space specifically for your dog.
This policy helps ensure fairness to the business, the trainers, and other clients waiting for availability.
PacwestK9 may allow rescheduling when enough notice is provided and when future availability exists.
However, rescheduling is not guaranteed.
If PacwestK9 approves a reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new approved date or service time. If you cancel again, miss the rescheduled appointment, or fail to meet the updated booking requirements, the deposit remains non-refundable.
